Where to buy Native Plants!

Walker Conservancy nursery hours.

Finding places to buy native plants for the home landscape is a perennial headache, however a few nurseries and sales are opening up.

In northern Nevada:

Walker Basin Conservancy are opening their nursery on select days and are attending a few events in Reno - see photo above for details.

The Washoe State Tree Nursery is opening on Thursday May 8th. Its hours and inventory can be found here: https://forestry.nv.gov/washoe-state-tree-nursery

The Douglas County Master Gardeners will be holding a plant sale on May 17th - see photo at the end of the post for details.

NNPS will be at the May Arboretum Plant Sale on Saturday May 17th, we will have a few native plants for sale (cash or check only). https://mayarboretumsociety.org/events/
